Instead, thank them for their patience by saying, “Thank you for your patience.”

Rather than saying, “I’m sorry for not being able to participate,” try saying, “I’m not being able to participate.”

LEARN TO DELEGATE

Some of your no’s may start to sound like this: “I am not currently available to do this, ____ should be able to help.”

This is related to the idea of not aiming to complete every task that comes your way.

You won’t be able to complete all of the tasks at all times, so part of destressing and moving away from perfection is to let go of some responsibility.

Start trusting, that someone else on your team is just as capable of completing the projects.

INVEST ENERGY INTO HOW YOU MANAGE YOUR TIME

To achieve a work-life balance, you must first choose how you divide your time.

If 1 week is too difficult, concentrate on learning how you work.
